Registration and seminar fee

Separate registration is not needed. Paid seminar fee is considered as registration.

The seminar fee includes the conference proceedings, lunches and coffee-breaks on Thursday and Friday and the banquet. The accompanying person fee includes the icebreaking reception and the banquet.

Registration and payment confirmation notification will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 euros if a request is received in writing before August 1, 2017. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers and accompanying persons.
